Biologically speaking an animal is a living organism that is either human or plant. Animals are further classified into vertebrates and invertebrates. Vertebrates have vertebral column, i.e., a back bone or spine. Animals include fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals.Many animals are also mammals which give birth to their younger one and female mammals feed their younger ones with milk.
