Good and bad situations are a part of life. How you handle the situations decides your future. When you are stuck in bad situations, there are certain things you can do to invite positive vibrations and thoughts to negate them.
Here are certain things which help you recover from bad situations.
- Start with remembering the positive things that had happened to you. Thank God for all his mercies on you. Count your blessings and think that even this bad phase will fade out.
- Thoughts become things. So choose the good ones and write them as affirmations. The most popular ones are "All is Well", "I am divinely guided and blessed", "Everything will work out for my good. Only good comes out of this situation" on a piece of paper and place them in the places where you can see them throughout the day. Post them on your bathroom mirror, on the refrigerator, or on the dashboard of your car. Every time you see one, read it in your head or out loud at least three times.
- Meditation helps a lot. Try to meditate at least for half an hour every day. I know it will be very difficult to meditate in such situations, but it is worth trying. Making meditation a regular practice in your life will help you to rise above the situations and think about the solutions with a calm and cool mind.
