Haseen Jahan, the wife of Mohammad Shami, accused her husband of match-fixing a week ago. BCCI investigated and proved that Shami is innocent. He had been accused of taking money from a Pakistani girl named Alishba but now he has got a clean chit.
Haseen Jahan has also accused Shami of having an illegitimate relationship with many girls. BCCI also submitted a report to Kolkata police according to which Mohammad Shami was in a hotel in Dubai with somebody else on 17th and 18th February.
BCCI started an investigation after Shami’s wife accused him. Now Mohammad Shami will be able to play in IPL. Rajeev Shukla announced earlier that Shami can only play if he receives a clean chit regarding match-fixing from ACSU. On March 23rd, BCCI may announce the innocence of Mohammad Shami. On receiving this clean chit, the accusations of Haseen Jahan have been proved to be false.
