Why is it recommended to wear white clothes in summers?

White clothing reflects the majority of the sun's heat so that the heat of the sun can penetrate very little within the white cloth. Whereas Black color or dark color clothing increases the absorption of heat compared to white clothes. It is notable that Black color is a very good conductor of heat.
