Communication skills represent a number of ways in which a person talks to another person whether formally or informally. A business can be successful if the employees' answer to phone calls, read books and articles regarding the task given to them and accomplish those tasks and many such other things.
Interpersonal skills can be between the management and the employees or employees and the customers. If the interpersonal skill of the management is not satisfactory then they would not be able to communicate the results they want and the employees will always be confused about what to do.
