Communication skills represent a number of ways in which a person talks to another person whether formally or informally. Interpersonal skills involve the type of communication skill in which a person talks about a particular type of person or audience. The difference between both the skills is discussed here.

There are a number of ways in which a person can communicate with other persons. These skills include the following

  • Listening skills
  • Reading skills
  • Writing skills
  • Nonverbal communication skills

A business can be successful if the employees' answer to phone calls, read books and articles regarding the task given to them and accomplish those tasks and many such other things.

Interpersonal Skills:

Interpersonal skills can be between the management and the employees or employees and the customers. If the interpersonal skill of the management is not satisfactory then they would not be able to communicate the results they want and the employees will always be confused about what to do.
