CBSE and ICSE are the two most recognized boards of Education in India.

CBSE stands for Central Board of Secondary Education and ICSE for Indian Certificate of Secondary Education. Check all the differences between CBSE and ICSE here:

CBSE conducts two exams: All India Secondary School Examination, AISSE (Class X) and All India Senior School Certificate Examination, AISSCE (Class XII). CBSE also conducts entrance exams like IIT JEE, NEET, etc.

ICSE is conducted by another board, CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination). It conducts ICSE Examination (class X Exam) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) Exam (class XII Exam).

If you study in ICSE school then, you will have an advantage while appearing for TOEFL Exam. For CBSE, you will advantage while giving NEET, IIT JEE Exam.
