Hinduism is the Sanatana Dharma which is existing for thousands of years. It is not a religion .. it is a way of living. The roots of this Sanatana dharma lie in the Vedas and Upanishads. There is nothing in the world which is not discussed in Vedas.

The essence of Hinduism lies in forgiveness and selflessness.

  • We pray for the happiness of everybody "Sarve Jana Sukhino Bhavantu".
  • Truth alone triumphs ... "Satya Meva Jayathe"
  • Humanity is greater than anything. "Manava Sevaye Madhava Seva"

Hinduism gives the highest respect to women. We have the culture of talking about the man as the husband of a lady. Lord Mahadev is called "Parvatipati" means husband of Goddess Parvati and Lord Vishnu called as "Lakshmipati", husband of Goddess Lakshmi. Such highest respect to women is not seen in any other culture or religion.

Hindus are the people who believe in Karma. Everything is the result of your past deeds. Karma which says, "Do good things and good things will come your way". In short Sanatana dharma tells you that "what you sow is what you reap".
