 We all fail by a person's appearance while judging. A person’s real character only appears when some negative event happens. You can see the person's real character and it is a shocking one. You want to know the personal qualities when you come in contact with the friends, colleagues who might become lifelong partners. You would want to know if they are honest, reliable, competent, modest and humble.

You must reserve the judgment and take your time. Observe them in the situations and look how they react. 

Here are some tips are given below to know how the person's character is-

Anger a frequent occurrence:

Everyone has an occasional angry outburst when things go pear-shaped. But if it's a daily occurrence then you need to know the reason and maybe avoid the person. You don't want to be with someone who thinks violence can solve every problem.

He witnesses acts of kindness:

If a person donates to charity give money to beggars his shows they are kind-hearted. A person's character can be judged by the way he treats people who can't do him any good thing and how he treats people who can't fight back.

How does this person take the blame:

You know that it is their fault but they start blaming others so this is an indication that they are not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

He shows off all time:

Does he use social media platforms as an indicator- a study has shown that Facebook use of foul language, sexual innuendo and gossip were not reliable indicators of a candidate's character or future performance in the workplace.
